Vishal Panchal (Chairman & MD) and Vineet Pandey (Jt Managing Director) of Kaarya Facilities & Services Ltd. announced Kaarya’s admission to the SME platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the commencement of trading in its Ordinary Shares. Trading under the symbol KAARYAFSL, Kaarya is a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions to corporates, commercial parks, SMEs, PSUs and housing societies.
Based in Mumbai, the management of Kaarya which started operations in 2009 & today has presence in Delhi & Bengaluru as well, thanked the investment community for reposing faith in its business model.
